What is really possible for you? What is the highest reality you can experience?

You only find out by aligning yourself with love. This means aligning your thoughts with love, and then your words and your actions too. Start treating yourself more lovingly also, speaking to yourself with a more kind and forgiving voice. If you are hard on yourself, you will surely be hard on others. Soften your attitude, give yourself a break.

The more fully we are aligned with love, the higher we fly, the more inspired and free we feel. Love is like the warm air currents which lift the eagle higher and higher. Above all the negativity, conflict and drama.

So if you truly want to move onwards and upwards, practice aligning your thoughts, words and actions with love on a daily basis.

In every situation, in every challenging communication, ask yourself “How would love respond” and respond that way.
